About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative and financial support to the company's operations within the specified region. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department, such as filing, correspondence, and data entry.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and information flow.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar financial administration role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
