Nurse

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team in the Operating Theater unit located in Tangerang, Banten. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic surgical environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit and the comfort of patients and their families during critical procedures.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical interventions. This involves direct patient care, preparation of the operating theater, and facilitating a seamless experience for patients and their families throughout their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of nursing care for patients in the operating theater, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
• Prepare and maintain the operating theater environment to meet stringent clinical standards and ensure all equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Facilitate communication and provide support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and ensuring they are well-informed about the surgical process.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nursing staff, to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Possess a valid nursing license (S1 Nursing) from an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience, preferably within an operating theater setting.
