External Listings seeks a GuestExperience Expert to elevate our guest interactions beyond standard hospitality. This role focuses on crafting unforgettable stays through innovative service and genuine guest engagement, moving past routine check-ins and check-outs to create truly distinctive experiences. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the ideal candidate will drive our commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence within Rooms & Guest Services Operations.

About the Role

The Guest Experience Expert will be pivotal in transforming guest stays into memorable journeys. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing guest satisfaction and implementing strategies that foster positive, lasting impressions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives aimed at creating unique and memorable guest experiences.
• Proactively engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other relevant teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement in guest service processes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation.
• Contribute to training programs focused on enhancing guest interaction skills and service excellence.

• Proven experience in guest services or hospitality operations, preferably within a similar environment.
