This role involves facilitating communication between Mandarin-speaking and other language groups within the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring clear and accurate information exchange across different linguistic boundaries. **About the Role** The primary purpose of this position is to bridge communication gaps between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the broader team. You will be responsible for translating documents, conversations, and presentations accurately and efficiently. This role requires not only linguistic proficiency but also a deep understanding of cultural nuances to ensure messages are conveyed appropriately and effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate a wide range of documents, including reports, emails, meeting minutes, and presentations from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa. * Provide real-time translation services during meetings, conferences, and client interactions. * Ensure all translated materials maintain the original meaning, tone, and context. * Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy, grammar, and style. * Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to clarify terminology and ensure consistency. * Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive information. **Requirements** * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Mandarin, or a related field. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in professional translation, particularly in business or technical contexts. * Native-level fluency in Mandarin (Putonghua) and excellent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in translation work. * Proficiency with standard translation tools and software. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
