This structure underpins its commitment to delivering robust financial services and fostering sustainable growth within the communities it serves. **About the Role** The Corporate Trade Services Team Leader will spearhead the management and development of the Corporate Trade Services team within the Jakarta office. This pivotal role involves leading a team dedicated to supporting corporate clients with complex trade finance solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards. The leader will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the strategic objectives of the Corporate Banking division. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trade finance professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations. * Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate trade transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement. * Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and implement efficient processes to meet client and internal deadlines. * Collaborate closely with other internal departments (e.g., credit, operations, compliance) to resolve issues and ensure seamless service. * Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the development of team strategies and initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trade finance, corporate banking, or a related financial services role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. * Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational targets within a fast-paced banking environment. * In-depth knowledge of trade finance products, processes, and regulations (e.g., UCP 600, UCP 600, ISBP, KYC/AML requirements). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant banking software.
