Senior Manager - Portfolio Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, from initial concept and due diligence through to execution and performance monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and marketing.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and the board.
• Ensure rigorous risk assessment and mitigation strategies are integrated into portfolio decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in portfolio development, investment management, or a related strategic role within a competitive industry.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing portfolio initiatives that deliver significant value.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
