About the Role

This pivotal position offers the opportunity to lead our financial operations and strategic direction for the Bali hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and integrity of the property, providing critical insights to support executive decision-making and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring all financial processes adhere to company policies and international accounting standards.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls, reporting systems, and internal audit procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and budgets, providing clear analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk mitigation strategies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with hotel management, regional finance teams, and external auditors to ensure seamless financial operations and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all financial functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, or equivalent senior financial leadership role within the hospitality sector.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in complex financial management.
• Deep understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS) and strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles and systems.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems is essential.
