You will lead the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies that safeguard our intellectual property and customer data while enabling seamless, secure user experiences across our expanding digital ecosystem.

About the Role

• Design, develop, and lead the architecture for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that align with Dyson's security objectives and product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, and security professionals to define IAM requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet stringent security, compliance, and scalability needs while supporting Dyson's innovative product development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security and engineering teams, fostering a culture of secure development.
• Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, threat landscapes, and industry standards to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, secure IAM systems that manage user identities, authentication, authorization, and access control across Dyson's products and services.
• Develop comprehensive IAM policies, procedures, and technical specifications to enforce security best practices.
• Lead security assessments and penetration testing focused on IAM components to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly into new and existing Dyson technologies.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM-related security risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Dyson's overall security architecture and strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing and implementing IAM solutions, with a proven track record in securing complex, technology-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, identity stores) and related security protocols.
• Strong understanding of cloud security models, identity governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale security projects and influence technical direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
