PT.Kreasi Edulab Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team at our Karawang location. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring smooth operational support for our educational technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our Edulab facility.
About the Role
The Front Office position serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and partners visiting our Karawang office. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and clients professionally and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages accurately and routing inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules within the Edulab facility.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and communication logs.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics as required.
- Ensure the front office area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role, ideally within a professional or educational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work standard business hours, potentially including occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
