Administrasi Gudang Buru

PT Guna Prakarsa Driller is seeking a dedicated Administrasi Gudang Buru to join our operations team in Maluku. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse facilities. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining efficient inventory control and supporting logistical processes within the warehouse environment.

About the Role

The Administrasi Gudang Buru will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks directly supporting warehouse operations. This includes managing inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and recording all incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments and deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse management system.
• Preparing and processing necessary documentation for shipments, including packing lists and invoices.
• Assisting with warehouse organization and ensuring storage areas are maintained in an orderly and safe manner.
• Supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Solid educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or warehouse support role, with a demonstrated understanding of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting and adapt to changing priorities.
