About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Private Banking credit products, encompassing design, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance. This includes conducting thorough market benchmarking to identify competitive opportunities and potential improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring products meet both customer needs and internal strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of Private Banking credit products.
- Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking to identify competitive advantages and areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Ensure all credit products adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with the Private Banking division's strategic goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to product management and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in banking operations, specifically within Private Banking or credit product management.
- Proven track record in leading product development initiatives and managing product portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks in the Malaysian banking sector is highly desirable.
