Description

Business Edge in Singapore seeks a dedicated HR Human Resource Executive to support our casual hiring operations and workforce management. This role involves acting as a crucial liaison between our internal hiring divisions and external manpower agencies, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The executive will be responsible for efficiently tracking hiring requests, facilitating the onboarding and outboarding of casual officers, and diligently monitoring the contract expiry dates of casual staff to maintain compliance and operational continuity.

About the Role

The HR Human Resource Executive plays a vital supporting role within our HR department, focusing specifically on the management of our casual workforce. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between hiring divisions and external manpower agencies.
  • Efficiently track and manage hiring requests from various departments.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new casual officers, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation are completed.
  • Coordinate the outboarding process for casual officers when contracts end or positions are terminated.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates of casual officers and proactively follow up with agencies to manage transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records related to casual officer contracts and employment status.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably within a similar operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and contract management.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
