Inventory Management - SPX Express (Jakarta)

Shopee is seeking adedicated Inventory Management professional to join our operations team in Jakarta. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of Karung (bags), Karung Anti Api (fire-resistant bags), and buffer Hot items across our facilities, including Fulfillment Management (FM), Last Mile (LM), and Stock Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels and operational efficiency.

About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the movement of Karung, Karung Anti Api, and buffer Hot items within our Jakarta operations. This involves ensuring these items move correctly through the FM, LM, and SOC processes, maintaining proper flow and accountability. A core function will be investigating and resolving any discrepancies or operational issues that arise, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the movement of Karung, Karung Anti Api, and buffer Hot items across FM, LM, and SOC operations.
• Ensure proper flow and accountability of these specific inventory items within the Jakarta operations framework.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies related to the movement and status of Karung, Karung Anti Api, and buffer Hot items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and operational reports for the specified items.
• Collaborate with relevant teams (FM, LM, SOC) to address inventory flow problems and implement solutions.
