About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall satisfaction. You will lead a team of front desk agents, fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Manage daily front office operations, including room assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to room revenue, payments, and guest accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales) to coordinate guest needs and operational flow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel front office or similar guest service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems, including property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification or degree preferred.
