Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Technician you will work within the production environment to operate, monitor and maintain the equipment that fabricates materials for advanced devices. You will collaborate with engineering teams, follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance yield and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to documented procedures.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime.
- Support material handling, wafer processing and equipment set‑up activities.
- Assist in data collection, process documentation and quality assurance checks.
- Participate in safety programmes and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics or a related technical field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in an industrial or clean‑room manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow written work instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
