This role is pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our mobile application products, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences and foster long-term customer loyalty. You will be at the forefront of shaping our digital customer engagement strategies, leveraging your expertise to manage key product features and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. **About the Role** As a Loyalty Product Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our mobile application products. This includes defining product vision, managing feature development, and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user retention and satisfaction through innovative product solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives that align with our strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the development and optimization of mobile application products, focusing on loyalty program features and user engagement. * Support the maintenance and accuracy of financial systems, including regular updates to the general ledger and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring quality and adherence to technical specifications. * Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior product team members. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing mobile application products, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. * Demonstrated expertise in product management methodologies and tools. * Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycles and best practices. * Experience with financial systems and processes, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable. * Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
