Manufacturing Technician

IchorSystems is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of our products, contributing directly to our operational success. About the Role

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of product components according to established procedures and specifications. This involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure each unit meets our stringent quality standards. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement within the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble product components accurately and efficiently following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Perform routine quality checks on assembled products to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Document production activities, including completion of necessary forms and logs, to maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any operational issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar assembly role, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical assembly tasks.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment relevant to component assembly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures accurately and independently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
• Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, which may include standing for extended periods and handling components.
