About the Role

The Mandarin Guest Relation Officer will blend exceptional hospitality expertise with native‑level language skills to anticipate and fulfill guest expectations. Working closely with front‑desk, concierge, and resort departments, you will create memorable moments that reflect the resort’s commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide greeting and check‑in assistance to Mandarin‑speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and prompt registration.
• Conduct personalized tours, answer inquiries, and address special requests in Mandarin, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with resort partners to arrange dining, activities, and excursions that align with guest preferences.
• Resolve service issues swiftly, acting as the point of escalation for language‑related concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest records and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of the resort’s offerings.
• Participate in training and team meetings to uphold service standards and promote a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of English for internal communication and documentation.
• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across diverse cultures.
• Detail‑oriented and solution‑focused, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
