Collaboration across engineering, research, and operational units is essential to deliver high-impact, deployable technologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and champion the long-term product strategy and vision for HTX's core technological solutions. * Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through development, testing, and deployment. * Establish clear product priorities and roadmaps based on market needs, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives. * Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, data science, and operational units to ensure seamless product delivery. * Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Ensure products meet stringent operational standards and deliver tangible value to the Home Team. **Requirements** * Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, ideally within a technology or engineering-driven environment. * Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution for complex, mission-critical systems. * Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across diverse disciplines. * Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Relevant technical background or deep understanding of scientific/engineering principles. * Experience working within or closely with government or public sector organizations is highly desirable.
