Teknik Sipil (Admin Teknik)

Griya Kenari Groupis seeking a qualified Teknik Sipil (Admin Tekik) to join our team in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This role involves providing essential administrative support within the engineering and technical operations of our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical projects and administrative processes.

The Teknik Sipil (Admin Teknik) will be responsible for facilitating the efficient execution of technical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Teknik Sipil team and related technical projects.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of technical operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between technical staff and administrative functions.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and standards within the technical department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably within an engineering context.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
