The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a highly motivated professional to lead commuter infrastructure development initiatives. About the Role

You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of commuter infrastructure projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and commissioning. This encompasses coordinating complex multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring rigorous adherence to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory frameworks. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of resilient, user-centric transport networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of commuter infrastructure projects, including stations, depots, and supporting facilities.
• Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, monitoring progress and mitigating risks effectively.
• Ensure projects align with LTA's strategic objectives for commuter-centric infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project management, with significant exposure to commuter or public transport projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, and project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
