Financial Planning Systems Analyst (Workday)

Business Edge, a leading financial services provider in Singapore, seeks a skilled Financial Planning Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Systems and Services (Statutory Boards) Directorate. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic development of Future Finance, focusing on the critical consolidation and implementation of statutory boards' finance and payroll systems onto our core platforms. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless financial operations and data integrity across our statutory board clients.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in the successful migration and ongoing management of finance and payroll systems for statutory boards. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, managing the technical aspects of system consolidation, and ensuring the new implementations meet stringent financial reporting and compliance standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and efficiency of our clients' financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and implementation of finance and payroll systems for statutory boards onto our core platforms.
• Manage the technical aspects of system migration, including data mapping, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Provide support for system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for system usage.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, particularly with finance and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, consolidation methodologies, and system implementation lifecycles.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise financial systems is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
