About the Role

This position within UOB's Corporate Funding division in Surabaya, East Java, requires a Mandarin-speaking professional to support the bank's corporate banking activities. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their funding requirements, and facilitating the provision of appropriate financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients to understand their funding needs and objectives.
• Promote and explain UOB's corporate funding products and services.
• Assist in the application and processing of corporate funding requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

• Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
