Evolution Gaming seeks adedicated Technical Compliance Specialist to join our Philadelphia, PA team. This on-site role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies across our diverse operations, including Innovation, Software Development, Game Presenters & Hosts, IT-support, Facility & Studio build, and support services. The specialist will play a critical role in maintaining operational integrity and facilitating smooth transitions through change management processes.

About the Role

The Technical Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all technical processes and systems within the specified areas meet established compliance requirements. This involves interpreting regulations, developing compliance frameworks, and providing guidance to various departments to mitigate risks and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage change requests, ensuring they align with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Innovation, Software Development, Game Presenters & Hosts, IT-support, Facility & Studio build, and support services teams.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring procedures for technical systems and processes.
• Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and change management records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within a technical or gaming environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance risks.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with change management methodologies and documentation practices.
