Tax Accountant (Global)

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns for our international entities, guaranteeing compliance with diverse local tax regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the financial reporting process, providing clear insights into our global tax position and obligations. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying tax opportunities and risks within our international framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and other tax-related documents for multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with evolving international tax laws and regulations across all operating regions.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and tax provisions.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external auditors to provide tax-related information and analysis.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of tax filings and related documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in tax legislation impacting our global operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate tax accounting, preferably within a multinational or global services environment.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent recognized certification.
• Proven experience with tax compliance and reporting for international operations.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tax preparation tools.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
