About the Role

You will be the strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the Partner Track program within Surabaya. Your primary focus will be on identifying, recruiting, training, and supporting high-performing partners who will leverage Assetara's technology to achieve significant success. You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, drive partner adoption, and ensure the program aligns with our global vision for market expansion and technological leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plan for the Partner Track program in Surabaya.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier partners with the potential to achieve substantial results using Assetara's AI-driven tools.
• Provide comprehensive training, support, and resources to partners to maximize their effectiveness and success.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutual growth.
• Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to enhance partner success and retention.
• Collaborate with Assetara's global team to refine the Partner Track model and integrate regional insights.
• Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Assetara within the Indonesian fintech and cryptocurrency landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or partnership role within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling partner programs, particularly in emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading dynamics, and AI applications in finance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as required for partner engagement and program development.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
