Your work will directly influence how Singapore's green spaces are understood and valued by the public and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement integrated media relations strategies to support NParks' communication objectives. * Proactively manage media relations, including pitching stories, responding to inquiries, and handling media crises. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, community engagement, conservation teams) to ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels. * Identify and cultivate relationships with key journalists and media influencers relevant to NParks' work. * Contribute to the development of content for various media platforms, including press releases, articles, and social media. * Monitor media coverage and provide insights to guide communication strategies. **Requirements** * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in media relations, public relations, or communications, with a proven track record in strategic communications. * Demonstrated experience managing media relations for complex organizations or initiatives. * Strong understanding of media landscapes and the ability to build and maintain effective media relationships. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages. * Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. * Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated communication plans. * Relevant degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
