About the Role
You will serve as a key partner to the Head of Creator Strategy, providing strategic direction and operational support for initiatives aimed at leveraging influencers and creators to enhance brand visibility, artist promotion, and audience engagement. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying emerging trends, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring our strategies resonate authentically with target demographics.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content and influencer strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with relevant creators and influencers across diverse platforms and genres.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, artist management, and creative teams to integrate influencer campaigns seamlessly into broader promotional efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creator platforms to inform forward-thinking strategies.
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the Head of Creator Strategy, including project management and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, content strategy, or a related field within the music, entertainment, or marketing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for music and a keen understanding of the creator economy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
