PT JayaLingga Komindo, a leading company in Lampung, is seeking a dedicated Operator Produksi Tanggamus to join our production team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within our facilities.

About the Role

The Operator Produksi Tanggamus will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of production equipment and machinery. This position involves working within a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on producing goods according to established specifications and schedules. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the company's production goals and contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of production runs, including setup and teardown of equipment.
• Monitor production processes and quality control measures to meet output specifications and minimize defects.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports as required by the production supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent in a relevant field such as Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the relevant industry.
• Basic understanding of production processes, machinery operation, and quality control principles.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, which may include standing for extended periods and operating machinery.
