About the Role
You will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision for xCode, fostering collaboration across HTX and key internal stakeholders. Your focus will be on orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of core software modules, ensuring they meet stringent security standards and operational requirements. This involves translating complex technical needs into actionable plans and coordinating resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and champion the strategic roadmap for the xCode function, aligning software development initiatives with HTX's broader mission objectives.
- Lead cross-functional coordination efforts, ensuring seamless integration of software modules across different HTX projects and systems.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for planning, resource allocation, and risk management within the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with HTX's technical teams, security experts, and operational units to define requirements and ensure solutions meet critical operational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, quality, and security posture of in-house software development practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, systems engineering, or a closely related technical field, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project coordination, and resource management within a technical environment.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, security principles (especially for sensitive systems), and quality assurance practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
