About the Role

This is a shift-based position requiring the incumbent to provide continuous oversight and management of security operations. Key aspects include maintaining effective Command, Control and Communications (C3) systems to coordinate security activities and ensure situational awareness across the Jurong Island operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily security operations at the Jurong Island Checkpoint and within Jurong Island.
• Maintain and manage effective Command, Control and Communications (C3) systems to coordinate security efforts and ensure situational awareness.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, procedures, and standards across the assigned area.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and emergency services.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations, policies, and legal requirements.
• Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of safety and vigilance.

• Proven experience in security operations management, ideally within a similar operational environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage shift-based teams effectively.
