Production Operator

GEVernova is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Jakarta. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes, directly contributing to the quality and reliability of our products. About the Role

The Production Operator will be responsible for executing core manufacturing tasks according to established procedures. This involves meticulously following Work Instructions (SOPs) to guarantee product quality and consistency. Proactive maintenance of machinery and work tools is essential to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow. A fundamental commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles will underpin all daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Work Instructions (SOPs) accurately and consistently to maintain product quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned production equipment and tools.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to identify and report potential issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance principles.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE practices and a proactive approach to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Physical capability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment.
