PT Kerta Jaya Utama seeks a dedicated Administrasi Data Gudang Warehouse professional to join our team in Aceh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse data management systems, directly supporting inventory control and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our stock information and facilitating smooth warehouse operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of warehouse data within our Aceh facility. This involves handling inventory records, processing stock movements, and ensuring all data aligns with company standards and procedures. Your work will directly impact inventory accuracy and the overall efficiency of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and updates for warehouse inventory records in the designated system.
  • Process and verify stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse location maps and item classifications.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports related to inventory levels, stock turnover, and warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve data-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse data management policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • S1 degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse data administration, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in using database management systems and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
