We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Surabaya, East Java, as the Key Account Sumatera. **About the Role** This position is pivotal in managing and developing key customer relationships within the Sumatera region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our products and services within assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the ophthalmic market. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the Sumatera region. * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across assigned accounts. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to align strategies and support account success. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. * Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports to management. **Requirements** * Proven experience in key account management or a similar sales role within the ophthalmic, optical retail, or related industries. * Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships with senior-level clients. * Strong understanding of the ophthalmic market, products, and distribution channels. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
