The Duty Manager will act as the central point of contact for all operational matters, ensuring the property runs efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all property operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Manage daily front office, housekeeping, and maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Monitor property security and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with inventory management and cost control within the scope of operational responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or guest services industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
