You will support the operational performance improvement agenda, driving the development and deployment of digital solutions to optimize workflows and enhance service quality. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational performance improvement projects and initiatives.
• Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions to address operational challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement programs, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing digital solutions or process improvements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical analysis).
• Ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
