Production Control Staff *Japanese speaker (Manufacture)

RGF HR Agent is seeking a skilled Production Control Staff member based in Surabaya, East Java, to join our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production processes and seamless coordination with our parent company in Japan, which accounts for the vast majority of our sales. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining smooth workflow and inventory control within our production environment.

About the Role

The Production Control Staff will be responsible for overseeing core production control functions essential to our manufacturing efficiency. This position involves direct management of production processes, ensuring schedules are adhered to and resources are optimally utilized. A significant aspect of the role involves facilitating communication and coordination with the head office in Japan, given the substantial volume of sales directed to the parent company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee general production control tasks, including process monitoring and optimization.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
• Implement and maintain effective stock management procedures to support production needs.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with the Japan head office to align production activities with parent company requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Japanese language skills (essential for communication with the Japan head office).
• Proven experience in a production control or similar operational role within manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing processes and schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
