About the Role

The Administrasi Payroll Tangerang Selatan will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll administration functions. This includes processing salary payments, managing employee benefits administration, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll accurately and efficiently, including salary calculations, deductions, and net pay disbursement.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the company's payroll system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Process and manage employee benefits administration, such as health insurance, leave tracking, and other entitlements.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review and internal audits.
  • Assist in the resolution of payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees or departments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local labor laws and company policies regarding payroll and benefits.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in payroll administration or a similar financial administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and financial information.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll tax requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees and management.
