Key Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight and management of all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within F&B areas.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage selection, and overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a similar operational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
