About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sustainable resource development programs.
• Provide technical support and guidance on best practices related to maternal, newborn, and child health (MCHN) within resource development contexts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals and sustainability targets are met.
• Contribute to the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to measure impact and inform future strategies.
• Support the adaptation and implementation of sustainable practices across relevant projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience, ideally 2+ years, in maternal, newborn, and child health program support or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and contribute to reporting on program outcomes.
• Commitment to improving community health and well-being through sustainable approaches.
