Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on assigned IT hardware and peripherals.
• Execute scheduled software updates and installations on designated workstations and servers.
• Identify, diagnose, and report hardware or software malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment status, and software versions.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to resolve minor IT issues and provide basic technical support.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
