About the Role

You will provide essential support to the Supply Planning function, focusing on optimizing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain product availability across the Malaysian market. Your work will directly contribute to meeting consumer needs efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans for assigned product categories.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely product replenishment and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for supply chain planning meetings and management reviews.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of supply planning processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or planning role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different departments and levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
