About the Role

The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing specific project phases, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This position involves direct collaboration with project managers, design teams, and contractors to facilitate smooth project progression from concept through construction documentation and sometimes into early construction phases. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring progress, managing resources, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of assigned architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordination and communication with project managers, design staff, and external contractors to maintain project momentum and resolve issues.
• Review of construction drawings, specifications, and site observations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Management of project resources, including personnel and materials, within defined budgets and schedules.
• Preparation of progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Implementation of quality control measures to uphold the firm's standards throughout the project.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within architectural project management, preferably within the last 2-3 years.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and permitting processes in Bali is advantageous.
