This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer experience by providing expert skincare guidance and fostering strong client relationships both in our physical locations and through our online platforms. The Beauty Advisor will be the face of our brand, translating product knowledge into personalized solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expert skincare consultations. This involves guiding clients through our product range, explaining the benefits of each item, and supporting initiatives like product sampling to encourage trial and purchase. The role also encompasses performing professional facial treatments and conducting engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized skincare consultations and recommendations based on client needs and concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all clients, both in-store and online.
• Introduce our product range, clearly explain their benefits, and actively support product sampling programs.
• Perform professional facial treatments and conduct informative product demonstrations.
• Assist with event planning, training sessions, and other customer engagement activities as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar beauty, skincare, or retail advisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, trends, and product benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide clear advice.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
