Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business plans, proposals, and strategic frameworks.
• Support the coordination and execution of internal and external engagement initiatives, including town hall meetings and client email campaigns (EDM).
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
• Help create and maintain clear, concise communications materials to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for presenting ideas and collaborating effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Enthusiasm for exploring innovative business approaches and a proactive attitude towards learning.
