This role is pivotal in ensuring our valued clients receive personalized, seamless service that meets their unique financial needs and expectations. **About the Role** As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-net-worth and affluent clients. You will cultivate deep relationships, understand their evolving financial goals, and proactively recommend tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service, anticipating needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Priority Banking clients. * Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling relevant banking products and services. * Ensure a smooth and personalized client experience across all touchpoints, leveraging available tools effectively. * Manage client portfolios, monitor performance, and provide regular updates and insights. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Wealth Management, Credit, Treasury) to coordinate comprehensive client solutions. * Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing client relationships. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within banking, wealth management, or a similar relationship-driven environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial analysis tools. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Understanding of banking products and financial markets is advantageous.
