We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to spearhead our expansion and success within the vital Asian market, building and nurturing key client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in managing strategic client accounts within the Asian region. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on understanding client objectives, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients across the Asian market.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with internal support, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of account-specific growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably within the SaaS (Software as a Service) or technology support sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret client data and feedback to drive decisions.
  • Understanding of the Asian market landscape and business culture is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
