About the Role

This position involves acting as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and regions, diagnosing and resolving intricate equipment malfunctions, and providing expert troubleshooting guidance. The role requires a deep understanding of mammography technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Fujifilm mammography equipment, including system diagnostics and repair guidance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers or field service personnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management) to identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and repair guides.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical support coverage as required.
• Assist in training field service technicians and customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related role, preferably within medical imaging or diagnostic equipment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of mammography equipment principles and operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency with relevant software and diagnostic tools.
