The successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping our talent strategy and supporting the overall success of our business in the Jakarta region. **About the Role** The HRD Manager Kode JKTM will be responsible for overseeing a range of human resources activities. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training & development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices within a dynamic corporate setting. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and legal requirements. * Lead recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding. * Oversee performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues. * Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. * Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. * Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. * Provide strategic HR advice and support to department heads and managers. **Requirements** * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Proven experience in managing full-cycle HR functions within a corporate environment. * Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
