About the Role

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and translating these into actionable recruitment strategies. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for our technology team, contributing significantly to its expansion and capability. This role demands a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to define talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including networking and job platforms.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a smooth experience for applicants.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of talent acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Support the growth and development of the technology team by identifying and securing the right talent to fill critical roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tech talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role, with a track record of successful placements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to support the growth of a technology team through strategic hiring.
